We are all pleased to have you at Cleverlearn Residences and we certainly want to make your stay safe and pleasurable. While we are taking all possible efforts to ensure your comfort and safety, we can only succeed with your cooperation. These house rules and regulations are set for your protection as well as the rest of our house guests.

Fire Prevention Practices to be observed:

To prevent fires and other accidents, we wish to require everyone to refrain from:

  • Cooking food, ironing clothes and using heating appliances like burners, etc. inside the guest rooms.
  • Smoking in bed and throwing of lighted cigarette butts in garbage cans.
  • The designated areas for smoking are the outdoor lounge on the 1st floor and terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bins and ashtrays are provided.
  • Other behaviors which might cause fire or endanger other guests. Ex: using matches, lighters and candles

For everyone’s protection, we request our guests to observe the following:

  • The door should be locked when you leave the room and when you are inside especially before going to bed.
  • Be sure to identify the person who comes to your room before opening. If a suspicious person wants to enter your room, call local 100 for Front Desk.
  • Should you spot any safety or security hazard in your room or anywhere in the hotel, (i.e., dangling wires, open electric outlet, etc.) report it immediately to Front Desk.
  • Please meet your visitors at the lobby and if in case you invite them to your room, please secure a visitor’s clearance. Visitors are allowed until 10pm only.
  • Unregistered guests or joiners are not allowed to stay overnight inside guest rooms.
  • They have to register, pay the regular daily rate, and leave an ID or passport. Otherwise, hotel management will not be responsible for the consequences they might bring.
  • Switch off the air conditioner and lights before leaving your room. A Php 500 fee will be charged for failure to comply.
  • Switch off the shower and faucet after using them.
  • list room appliances, damaged furniture and fixtures shall be reported immediately and will be charged directly on guest’s account. list keys will have a Php 1,200 charge.
  • Refrain from disturbing activities like running, shouting, loud music, and drinking alcoholic beverages that annoy other guests.
  • Changing of rooms is not allowed without prior authorization from the Reservation Officer.
  • Guests must turn-over the key to the Front Office Clerk upon check out together with the clearance slip issued by the Staff. For groups, the said clearance shall be endorsed to the group coordinator or guardian.

Housekeeping Services:

  • Housekeeping Team Members clean the room daily however, if you don’t want to be disturbed, kindly put a note on your door.
  • Changing of linens and blanket is done once a week, bed pad once a month, unless necessary.
  • Dirty towels are changed every Monday and Thursday, unless necessary.
  • Stained linens, blankets, bed pads, and towels will be charged accordingly.
  • Inventory will be done prior to check-out.

Laundry Services:

  • Dropping of laundry is at 9:30AM- 2:00PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Personal laundry limit is 15 kilos per month and Php 35.00 will be charged for every exceeding kilo.
    Payment is done directly at the laundry shop. All concerns should be directed to the laundry supplier.

Meal Schedule:

  • Breakfast: 7:00AM to 8:30AM
  • Lunch: 11:00AM to 1:30PM
  • Dinner: 5:00PM to 7:30PM
  • No meals will be served after this time.
  • Late diners will be served whatever is left at the buffet table.
  • Please do not bring cups, spoon, fork, plates, and food trays outside the cafeteria. We won’t have enough eating utensils to serve if you bring these items out. Your cooperation on this matter is highly appreciated.

Handling Valuables:

  • For the protection of your cash and other valuables, kindly keep them inside the drawer found in the closet/cabinet. In the event that the above procedure is not observed, the hotel will be not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Disposition of lost articles will be handled in accordance with the law.
  • Stored articles will be kept up to six months, after that they will be disposed of by the hotel as abandoned articles.

Prohibited Articles:

  • Pets
  • Articles with offensive odor and those that create disturbing noise.
  • Explosive and flammable articles such as gunpowder and gasoline.
  • Dangerous weapons like guns, swords, etc. They should be deposited to the Security Officer or CELI Manager’s office.
  • Prohibited drugs.

In the event that the rules are violated, the management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay or make him/her liable for the consequences of violation 3.

Other Reminders:

  • Throw your garbage properly.
  • Smoke at designated smoking areas.
  • Take care of your personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damages.
  • Food delivery from fast food chains or other restaurants must be up to the guard area only. Guests should pick it up at the lobby themselves.
  • The study lounge at the residence is provided.


Pool hours is from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.

Swimming is fun and enjoyable, but pools can be dangerous. To ensure your safety and enjoyment, the management has established the following policies for all pool users.


  • Smoking in bed and throwing of lighted cigarette butts in garbage cans.
  • All patrons must shower before entering the pool.
  • No running, jumping, or doing flip offs at the side of the pool.
  • No drinking and eating in the pool area.
  • No smoking in the pool or bath area.
  • Diving is strictly prohibited.
  • Children 9 years of age and below and under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • To provide a family-oriented environment, abusive/profane language, excessive public display of affection, and improper behavior are not allowed.
  • Throwing of objects such as rocks or baseballs is not allowed.
  • Persons with any types of illness such as infected eyes, skin irritations, open wounds, sores, and bandages and those who appear to be unable to take care of themselves are NOT permitted in the pool area.
